Terms of Sale

These terms govern every order placed on this store, operated by Datamation Services, registered at Choudhury Complex, G S Road, Guwahati, Assam 781007, India. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is emailed on dispatch. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer service network; we help you raise them.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at the registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
