Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Datamation Services collects, why, and what control you have. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Order details: delivery and billing addresses, order history and invoices.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits, never full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed.
Why we use it
- To take payment, deliver orders and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, including issuing GST invoices.
- To provide support and respond to complaints.
- To send marketing only where you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Delivery partners, payment providers, and service providers who host or support the store. We do not sell personal data. Some providers process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for eight years as tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to online@datamationservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.
