Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Coverage and timelines

We deliver across India. Metro addresses usually receive orders in 1 to 3 working days; other serviceable pincodes take 3 to 7. Large appliances may take longer where installation must be scheduled.

Charges

Free express delivery on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below it, a flat charge is shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. You can also follow an order from your account, or from Find Order using the order number.

Delivery checks

Someone aged 18 or over must accept the delivery, and ID may be requested for high-value items. Check the outer packaging before signing.

Installation

Where free installation is offered, the brand service centre contacts you within 48 hours of delivery. Do not let unauthorised technicians install the product, as it can void the warranty.
