Order Cancellation

How to cancel, and when cancellation is no longer possible.

Before dispatch

Cancel free of charge from your order page at any time before dispatch. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.

After dispatch

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Refuse the delivery or use the 7-day replacement process instead.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the price was clearly wrong, or payment fails verification. We always refund in full and tell you why.
